45:14D-25 Insurance requirements. 15. No license shall be issued to a warehouseman or mover or remain in force unless the warehouseman or mover complies with the rules or regulations that the director shall prescribe governing policies of insurance, qualifications as a self-insurer or other securities or agreements in the amount that the director may require.
