45:14G-6 Election of chairman, vice-chairman; meetings. 6. The board shall annually elect from among its members a chairman and a vice-chairman. The board shall meet at least four times per year and may hold additional meetings as necessary to discharge its duties. The board shall organize itself following the appointment of at least that number of members of the board constituting a quorum of the entire board, provided that at least a majority of the members appointed are polysomnographic technologists.
