45:15B-3.1 Continuing education requirements for court reporters. 1. The State Board of Court Reporting shall require each court reporter certified pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1940, c.175 (C.45:15B-3) to complete any continuing education requirements imposed by the board pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1999, c.26 (C.45:15B-3.2).
