45:15BB-11.2 State Board of Social Work Examiners; rules, regulations. 25. The State Board of Social Work Examiners, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of sections 1 through 20 of P.L.2019, c.59 (C.26:16-1 et seq.) concerning the duties of a licensed clinical social worker pursuant thereto.
