45:15C-27 Notice, hearing prior to suspension, revocation of license. 17. Suspension or revocation of a license by the board shall take place only following notice and a hearing, sent to the licensee at least 20 days prior to the hearing. No license shall be revoked or suspended until the conclusion of any hearing. The board shall render its judgment no later than 20 days following the conclusion of the hearing. L.2009, c.237, s.17.
