45:16A-34 Licensure required to provide instruction relative to certain actions concerning gas piping. 7. No person shall provide instruction regarding the installation, improvement, repair, or maintenance of gas piping associated with barbecue, hearth products or hearth professional work unless licensed by the board as a master hearth specialist in accordance with the provisions of P.L.2019, c.260 (C.45:16A-29 et al.).
