45:16A-39 Expiration, renewal of license. 12. Every license issued pursuant to P.L.2019, c.260 (C.45:16A-29 et al.) shall automatically expire on June 30 following the date of its issuance. Licenses may be renewed biennially by the board upon written application of the holder and payment of the prescribed fee. L.2019, c.260, s.12.
