45:22A-46.14 Preference for occupancy by municipality permitted. 12. Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contrary, a municipality that has received substantive certification from the council shall be permitted to give preference for occupancy for up to 50 percent of all available affordable housing units in a converted development to those households having members who work or reside in the municipality.
