45:22A-50. Discharge of duties of association, corporation 2. The association or corporation responsible for the administration of a proprietary campground facility shall discharge its duties in accordance with the application for registration, public offering statement and bylaws approved by the agency and with all applicable statutes, rules and ordinances.
