§ 45-2b-52

45:2B-52 Persons currently registered continue to hold designation 11. Any person who is registered as a public accountant pursuant to the provisions of section 13 of P.L.1977, c.144 (C.45:2B-13) on the effective date of this act shall continue to hold that designation under the terms of this act, and shall be registered with the board and eligible for the renewal of any license issued by the board prior to the effective date of this act.
