45:2D-10 Granting license, certification to individual licensed, certified out-of-State. 10. The board may grant a license or certification to any person who at the time of application is licensed or certified by a governmental agency located in another state, territory or jurisdiction, if in the opinion of the committee the requirements of that licensure or certification are substantially similar to the requirements of this act.
