45:3B-24. Regulations The director shall adopt, amend or repeal such regulations, consistent with the policy and objectives of this act, as he may deem desirable or necessary for the public interest, provided that the regulations shall be adopted, amended and repealed in accordance with the provisions of the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.).
