45:5A-4. Compensation; traveling expenses Each member of the board shall receive $25.00 for each day of actual service in attending meetings of the board at which business is transacted and in addition shall be entitled to be reimbursed for his necessary traveling expenses; provided, such compensation in 1 fiscal year shall not exceed $1,000.00 per member.
