45:5AAA-4 Funds collected, retained, fees paid, initial licensure, renewal, reactivation, reinstatement. 4. a. The board shall be entitled to retain all funds collected as a result of fees paid for initial licensure and for licensure renewal, reactivation, and reinstatement to administer and enforce the provisions of P.L.2023, c.237 (C.45:5AAA-1 et al.). b. Members of the board may be reimbursed for expenses within the limits of funds appropriated or otherwise made available for this purpose and provided with office and meeting facilities and personnel required for the proper conduct of the business of the board.L.2023, c.237, s.4.
