45:8B-26. Application for reinstatement 26. Application may be made to the board for reinstatement, at any time after the expiration of one year from the date of revocation of a license. The application shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by the reinstatement fee. The board shall not reinstate any applicant, unless satisfied that he is competent to engage in the practice of marriage and family therapy, and if the board deems it necessary for its determination, then it may require the applicant to pass an examination.
