45:9A-17. Revocation, suspension, refusal to renew of license, certificate of endorsement 17. The Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs shall have the power after notice and opportunity for a hearing to revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew any license, temporary license or certificate of endorsement issued pursuant to this act as provided by section 8 of P.L.1978, c.73 (C.45:1-21).
