45:11-63 Issuance of license. 11. The board shall issue a license to each applicant for licensure as a massage and bodywork therapist who qualifies pursuant to P.L.1999, c.19 (C.45:11-53 et seq.) and P.L.2007, c.337 (C.45:11-68 et al.) and any rules and regulations promulgated by the board and who is not disqualified for licensure pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1978, c.73 (C.45:1-14 et seq.).
