45:11-79 Effective date; rules required. 25. Section 14 of this act shall take effect immediately. The remaining sections of this act shall not become effective until such time as the New Jersey Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy, established pursuant to section 14 of this act, shall adopt rules regulating the practice of massage and bodywork therapies.
