45:14-42 Powers, duties, authority of board. 3. The board shall enforce the provisions of this act. The board shall have all of the duties, powers and authority specifically granted by or necessary for the enforcement of this act, as well as such other duties, powers and authority as it may be granted from time to time by applicable law.
