45:14-45 Compensation. 6. Each member of the board shall receive compensation pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1977, c.285 (C.45:1-2.5) of $150 per day for each day on which the member is engaged in performance of the official duties of the board, and shall be reimbursed for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in connection with the discharge of those official duties.
