45:14-82.7 Pharmacy services administrative organization, drug pricing, report, extent allowed. 6. a. A pharmacy services administrative organization shall, to the extent allowed by law, report annually to the division: (1) the negotiated reimbursement rate that the pharmacy services administrative organization is to pay pharmacies for brand, generic, and specialty drugs for each pharmacy benefits manager pharmacy network; (2) the negotiated reimbursement rate that the pharmacy benefits manager is to pay the pharmacy services administrative organization for brand, generic, and specialty drugs for each pharmacy benefits manager's pharmacy network; and (3) the schedule of fees charged by the organization to pharmacies. b. Disclosure of all information reported under this section shall be subject to protections defined in section 9 of P.L.2023, c.106 (C.45:14-82.10).L.2023, c.106, s.6.
