45:15-10.10. Real estate school, instructor license 53. Upon application to the commission and payment of the prescribed license fee no later than January 1, 1994, any school and instructor then designated by the commission as an approved school or instructor shall, subject to the results of the commission's investigation into the good moral character of the applicant, be issued a real estate school or instructor license.
