45:15-16.2c Completion of continuing education requirements. 25. Continuing education requirements, as set forth by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, shall be completed on or before April 30 of the year in which the biennial license expires. Any licensee required to complete continuing education requirements who fails to do so prior to May 1 of the second year of a biennial license term shall be subject to a reasonable processing fee, as determined by the commission, of not more than $200.
