45:15-16.39. Consolidated filing A subdivider may register additional subdivided lands pursuant to the same common promotional plan as those previously registered by submitting an additional filing providing the additional information necessary to register the additional lots, parcels, units or interests which shall be designated as 'a consolidated filing.'
