45:15-16.72 Maintenance of employee records. 23. Every developer shall maintain, for a period of two years, records of any real estate brokers, broker-salespersons or salespersons licensed in the State and employed by the developer, as well as all other managerial employees located in the State and employed by the developer, including the last known address of each of those individuals.
