45:15-29.4. 'New Jersey Real Estate Commission,' reference 10. Whenever the term 'New Jersey Real Estate Commission' occurs or any reference is made thereto, in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission constituted hereunder as the Division of the New Jersey Real Estate Commission in the Department of Insurance.
