45:16-9.2. Practice of veterinary medicine, surgery and dentistry declared a profession In the interest of and to better secure the public health, safety and welfare, and for the more efficient administration and supervision of sanitary conditions and health regulations, the practice of veterinary medicine, surgery and dentistry is hereby declared to be a profession.
