45:17-3. Penalty for violations; misdemeanor Any person who violates the provisions of sections 45:17-1 or 45:17-2 of this title, or any person engaged in the business of selling goods at auction who fails, neglects or refuses to permit or allow an inspection of his books as provided by section 45:17-2 of this title, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
