§ 45-22-15

45:22-15. Pledgor's ticket; contents The pawnbroker shall, at such time, deliver to the pledgor or his agent a memorandum or ticket on which shall be legibly written or printed the name of the pledgor; the name of the pawnbroker and the place where the pledge is made; the article or articles pledged; the amount of the loan; the date of the transaction; the serial number of the loan; the rate of interest; and a copy of sections 45:22-22 and 45:22-24 of this title. A pawnbroker may insert in such ticket any other terms and conditions not inconsistent with the provisions of this article. Nothing appearing on a pawn ticket shall relieve the pawnbroker of the obligation to exercise reasonable care as provided in this article in the safe-keeping of articles pledged with him.
