§ 45-7-53

45:7-53. Licenses; signing by board members; expiration All licenses and renewals thereof issued pursuant to the provisions of this act shall be signed by the members of the board and shall have the seal of the board affixed thereto, and shall expire and terminate on the first day of September next following the date of their issue, unless sooner revoked and cancelled.
