45:8-49. Repealer Chapter eight of Title 45 of the Revised Statutes is hereby repealed. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith be and the same are hereby repealed and this act shall take effect immediately. L.1938, c. 342, p. 870, s. 23.
