45:8-77. Rules, regulations 17. The board, after consultation with the committee, shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1997,c.323,s.17.
