45:9-22.25 Regulations. 8. Within 180 days of the effective date of this act, the Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety, in consultation with the State Board of Medical Examiners and the New Jersey State Board of Optometrists, shall adopt regulations pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
