45:9-37.116 Organization of Genetic Counseling Advisory Committee. 6. The Genetic Counseling Advisory Committee shall organize within 30 days after the appointment of its members, and shall annually elect from among its members a chairperson, who shall be a genetic counselor, a vice-chairperson, and a secretary who need not be a member of the committee. The committee shall meet at least four times a year and may hold additional meetings as necessary to discharge its duties. L.2009, c.41, s.6.
