45:9-37.68. Inactive license status 18. The director may grant inactive license status to a licensee who: a. is not actively practicing as an occupational therapist or an occupational therapy assistant; b. does not represent himself as an occupational therapist or an occupational therapy assistant; and c. completes any continuing education requirements which may be established by the director, in consultation with the council.
