45:9-37.79 Election of chairperson; meeting frequency. 4. The committee shall annually elect from among its members a chairperson. The committee shall meet at least twice a year and shall also meet upon the request of the Board of Medical Examiners or the Attorney General. The board shall provide the committee the facilities and personnel required for the proper conduct of its business. L.1997,c.347,s.4.
