45:9-37.99 Organization of committee. 6. The committee shall organize within 30 days after the appointment of its members and shall annually elect from among its members a chairperson, who shall be a perfusionist, and a vice-chairperson, and a secretary who need not be a member of the committee. The committee shall meet twice a year and may hold additional meetings as necessary to discharge its duties. A majority of the committee membership shall constitute a quorum. L.1999,c.126,s.6.
