§ 45-9-42-24

45:9-42.24. Health officials; right to inspect and supervise laboratories or tests This act shall not affect the right of the State Department of Health, or any local Board of Health and their representatives to inspect and supervise laboratories or laboratory tests performed for governmental agencies or in connection with administration of any law.
