45:9-42.31. Owner and director; joint and separate responsibility for compliance The owner and director of a clinical laboratory shall be jointly and separately responsible for its compliance with this act and regulations as may be promulgated hereunder. L.1975, c. 166, s. 6, eff. Aug. 1, 1975.
