§ 45-9-42-39

45:9-42.39. Confidentiality of information, examination upon application to court All reports submitted under the provisions of this act and any information obtained in the course of inspections shall be deemed confidential and may be examined only upon application to a court of competent jurisdiction in association with proceedings related to suspension, limitation, or revocation of a license under this act. This provision shall in no way interfere with the department's powers to summarize, analyze and publish information obtained during the course of carrying out provisions of this act so long as the specific identity of individual laboratories is not disclosed, nor shall it be considered to limit the department's powers in disclosing results of an action in suspending, limiting or revoking a license of a specific laboratory under the provisions of this act.
