§ 45-9-42-44

45:9-42.44. Injunction of violation or threatened violation Any violation or threatened violation of any provision of this act or of any rule or regulation adopted hereunder may be restrained by the Superior Court in an action brought for such purpose by the Attorney General on behalf of the department.
