45:9-45. Recording and filing of certificate; certified copies as evidence The certificate shall be proved or acknowledged and recorded, as is required of deeds of real estate, in a book to be kept for the recording of certificates of incorporation in the office of the clerk of the county where the purposes of the association are to be carried out, and, after being so recorded, shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state. The certificate, or a copy thereof, duly certified by said clerk or secretary, shall be evidence in all courts or places.
