45:9-48. Governors or directors to receive no compensation No governor or director of any such association shall receive, directly or indirectly, any salary or emolument from such association, nor shall any compensation be voted, allowed or paid by the governors or directors thereof, to any governor or director for services, either as governor or director, or in any other capacity.
