46:26A-9. Sequence of recording. The county recording officer shall record and index documents in the order received. If two documents affecting the same property are submitted for recording by the same person and are received at the same time, the county recording officer shall record and index the documents in the order requested by the person who submitted them.Source: New; 46:19-3; 46:20-2.
