46:2B-8.14 Application of act. 14. The provisions of this act shall hereafter apply to any power of attorney made pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1991, c.95 (C.46:2B-10 et seq.) relating to banking transactions under a power of attorney. This act shall complement and not supersede the provisions of P.L.1991, c.95 (C.46:2B-10 et seq.). L.2000,c.109,s.14.
