§ 46-2c-7

46:2C-7. Definitions 'Employer' and 'employee' as used herein include a self-employed person or persons, and 'trust' includes trusts whose assets are commingled by the trustee with the assets of other trusts pursuant to any law authorizing the collective investment of trust funds, or pursuant to the express terms of the trust.
