46:30B-75 Investment, reinvestment of moneys deposited. 46:30B-75. The administrator shall invest and reinvest all moneys deposited into the Unclaimed Personal Property Trust Fund and the Unclaimed Utility Deposits Trust Fund in the State of New Jersey Cash Management Fund or in bonds or interest-bearing notes or obligations a. of the United States, or b. guaranteed as to principal and interest by the United States, or c. for the payment of the principal and interest of which the full faith and credit of the United States are distinctly pledged, or d. of the State of New Jersey, or e. of a governmental entity of the State of New Jersey.
