46:38A-10. Transfer under will or trust; transfer to be made to nominated custodian If the testator or the settlor of a trust has nominated a custodian under R.S. 46:38A-6 to receive the custodial property, the transfer shall be made to that person. L. 1987, c. 18, s. 1.
