46:38A-34. Use of custodial property for benefit of minor not to affect obligation to support minor A delivery, payment, or expenditure under R.S. 46:38A-32 or R.S. 46:38A-33 is in addition to, not in substitution for, and does not affect any obligation of a person to support the minor.
