46:8D-10. Amendments The master declaration or master register may be amended in the manner set forth therein; provided that no amendment shall affect any cooperative unit unless the possessor of record thereof and the holders of record of any liens thereon join in the execution of the amendment or execute a consent thereto with the formalities of a deed. 1987, c. 381, s.10.
